You will be working in a relaxed and friendly environment with engaging and dynamic challenges.Main Tasks/Functions:Legal advice to Management and other Company's departments, with close support for the commercial teams;Ensuring, protecting and preserving the Company's interests, safeguarding potential risks linked to the choice of business strategies and/or innovation;Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legislation and regulations applicable to the sectors and activities carried out by the business group;Implementing legal and compliance procedures;Assisting in drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents, contracts and agreements;Providing legal support to the various departments, providing guidance and legal opinions under the supervision of the senior legal advisor;Analysing complaints and preparing documentation and information to be provided to ensure adequate legal representation;Sharing legal knowledge and best practices with the various departments in areas related to commercial law, consumer law, corporate law, labour law, health and safety at work, urban and environmental licensing, among others;Research into the legislation, jurisprudence and regulations required to carry out activities related to the construction sector, property development and real estate mediation, urban planning licences and corporate activity of companies;Monitoring national and EU legislation and analysing its impact on the company and its line of business;Carrying out administrative tasks such as maintaining files, analysing and filing correspondence;Assisting in the coordination of meetings, general assemblies and the preparation of minutes.Successful Applicant:Qualifications:Degree in human resources management or similar;At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;Solid knowledge of labor law;Skills:Agility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;Ability to adapt;Proactivity and focus on problem solving;Good interpersonal skillsMain Conditions:Location:Type:Full-time, fully office based;Salary and Benefits:Competitive salary according to experience, health insurance, professional development opportunities. share Reply to this offer Name * Surname * Phone Number * E-mail * Upload CV Upload your CV in PDF format here.
