Reporting to the Business Unit Continuous Improvement Leader you contribute to the definition of CI processes and tolls as well as CI Training deployment and execution to develop CI capabilities and methods across the organization.Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. You can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.Your responsibilitiesYou coach the behavioral change to continuously improve performance through project execution and Contribute to the cultural transformation across the organizationYou implement L6S strategy, objectives and targets across the organization in alignment and in collaboration with the Business UnitYou act as the CI and L6S Subject Matter Expert, providing help and guidance on methods, tools and templates to drive CI projectsYou partner with management teams and functional experts to understand their organization's vision, objectives and challengesYou sustain and improve the CI processes, tools and trainings on various methodologies, including L6S, PDCA and 8DYou drive the sharing of best practices, new processes, tools and improvements achieved through application of CI methodologiesYou live core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the businessYour backgroundL6S BB certification with minimum 5 years of experience in coaching and leading CI projects across multiple locationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in the energy or engineering sectorProven experience in leading and developing global programsDemonstrated experience in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-makingExceptional problem-solving and communication skillsA university degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
