For which tasks (responsibilities)? Lead a team of narrative designers;
Oversee the world-building and narrative development of AA/AAA horror/survival games;
Craft the game's overarching story;
Write high-quality dialogue, documents, and various in-game texts;
Participate actively in game prototyping and debugging, using in-house development tools;
Collaborate closely with other teams, especially level designers;
Create and maintain design documentation throughout the project.
What kind of professional are we looking for? A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2+ years as a Lead;
Experience working on at least one shipped AA/AAA game;
English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
Strong expertise in survival horror games;
In-depth knowledge of story structure, non-linear narratives, and both verbal and non-verbal storytelling techniques;
Extensive gaming experience, particularly in the horror/survival genre.
Preferred Skills Familiarity with game editors and Unreal Engine (UDK);
Experience working in an Agile environment;
Proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., MS Visio) or narrative design/text engines (e.g., articy: draft, ultra-outlined, Twine, inkle).
