About the team You will be joining a newly formed team, Experience Design, which focuses on ensuring our customers' experience is seamless and world-class. The XD team works collaboratively across departments to create cohesive and high-quality design experiences. About the role We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to work on new initiatives for Wayflyer, focusing on the future of our product in collaboration with other departments. You will need to be comfortable working in ambiguity and solving problems on the fly while utilizing exemplary UI skills. You will be working with a small, focused team, so transparent communication and the ability to share & present your work is critical. What you'll bring A portfolio of great work: Showcase web or mobile projects where you solved complex design challenges and created user-friendly experiences. 7+ Years of Product Design: A minimum of 7 years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with a strong technical skillset. Collaborative at your core: Proven track record of successful collaboration with developers and product managers. Strategic Design Thinking: Ability to identify the most efficient path toward desired outcomes. A visual eye: Strong sense of visual design, with an eye for layout, color, typography, and iconography. Open to Diverse Perspectives: Welcoming constructive feedback and valuing a variety of viewpoints.
