That's where you come in: we're hiring a diverse set of designers to join our growing Research & Design (R&D) team. About the team You will be joining a newly found team, Experience Design, which focuses on ensuring our customers' experience is seamless and world-class. The XD team works collaboratively across departments to create cohesive and high-quality design experiences. About the role We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to work on net-new initiatives for Wayflyer, focusing on future product development in collaboration with other departments. You will need to be comfortable working in ambiguity, solving problems on the fly, and utilising exemplary UI skills while considering how design scales within an organisation. You will be working with a small, focused team that collaborates openly and frequently, so transparent communication is critical. What you'll bring A portfolio of great work: Showcase web or mobile projects where you solved complex design challenges and created user-friendly, delightful experiences. 7+ Years of Product Design: A minimum of 7 years of experience in product design (UX/UI) with strong technical skills in Figma and prototyping tools. Collaborative at your core: Proven track record of successful collaboration with developers, product managers, and other designers. Strategic Design Thinking: Ability to identify efficient paths toward desired outcomes through product sense and design thinking. A visual eye: Strong sense of visual design, layout, color, typography, and iconography. Open to Diverse Perspectives: Present ideas clearly while welcoming constructive feedback and valuing diverse viewpoints.
