You will be working closely with the global and regional stakeholders in Procurement to ensure alignment of analytic solutions towards business goals and while also developing initiatives to ensure world Procurement practices.ResponsibilitiesYour contributions will be vital to:Collaborating with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement best practices, standardized procedures, and process improvements across all procurement activities.Guiding process implementation, system implementation (with Analytics team) and ensuring change management.Work as PEX Partner for 2 of our Global Procurement module teams, ensuring implementation of PEX initiatives and taking on the role as change agent within the team.QualificationsA relevant master's degree in e.g., Business, Engineering (or mixed form of Supply Chain Management), Economics, Finance, Business Intelligence.Minimum 2 years of working experience, working within the Procurement and or Supply Chain.Solid analytic skills and ability to derive tangible actions from facts and data.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of SAP BI is of advantage.Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Fluent in English (verbally and in writing).Experience with cost programs hereunder cost analysis is beneficial.As a person, you are professional and dedicated by nature with a solid sense of quality.
