They will provide the transparency (via tooling), facilitation and optimisation of the product & software delivery machine within a value stream to ensure maximum effectiveness of the squads within the value stream. The role will optimise the delivery lifecycle to enable regular release of value, bring predictability to change and ensure delivery balances product, engineering, quality assurance, service operations and architectural goals.The role will work in close partnership with the Engineering Manager, Quality Assurance, Product Manager, Architect / Principal Engineer and Service Operations to manage transformation and continuous improvement for their value stream and the squads within.
