What you will do
Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure across multiple environments and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
Manage deployment processes for multiple feature and platform services, including on-premises;
Maintain and improve application availability and performance for a global portfolio of customers;
Identify manual processes and design and implement automation solutions;
Guide teams in the design and implementation of microservice architectures;
Support incident response teams with in-depth infrastructure and service knowledge;
Manage APIs that support both design-time and run-time application functionality;
Collaborate with device client engineering teams to ensure that services meet performance, availability, and functional goals;
Maintain a constant focus on security by design, including the mitigation of identified vulnerabilities.
Must haves
A degree in computer science or equivalent education and/or proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role;
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD);
Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker container management;
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform;
Experience with one or more of the main cloud providers (GCP, Azure, or AWS);
Experience with GitOps and source control management tools like Git;
Solid understanding of network, security, and cloud infrastructure;
Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash);
Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol and how HTTP-based microservices work;
Excellent English communication skills;
Ability to contribute effectively as a team member while also excelling in independently completing tasks and responsibilities.
Nice to haves
Knowledge of Java, Go and SQL is advantageous.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar role; Azure experience, preferably certified; Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation); Experience with container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes; Client-facing experience in deployments/ installations; Excellent English and communication skills; The candidate must travel for a device pickup and occasionally travel to one of the offices (Portugal, Poland); Upper-intermediate English level.
