Laboratory Assistant (Part-Time)

About Us:

FWS Group is an investment firm with a diverse portfolio of projects in the Middle East that is now expanding into Europe with a new production facility project.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a part-time Laboratory Assistant to join our team, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position as our production facility begins operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine laboratory tests and analysis of raw materials and finished products;

Assist in the preparation and processing of grape samples for polyphenols extraction;

Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and findings;

Support quality control processes to ensure product consistency and safety;

Support R&D projects, including product testing and experiment trials;

Collaborate with team members on research projects and data collection.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or a related field;

Previous laboratory experience is preferred;

Basic knowledge of laboratory safety procedures;

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols meticulously.

Working Conditions:

Part-time hours with flexible scheduling (approximately 20 hours per week);

Competitive hourly wage ranging from €12 to €20, based on experience;

Opportunity for future full-time positions as the company grows.
