Job Description Manage Learning Academies end to end: identify capability status and existing gaps, assess training and development needs; deploy and measure the effectiveness of learning activities, follow up and report of key indicators; Understand the businesscontext and how it contributes to the company's performance; Design and create engaging and effective content, using the 70-20-10 framework, including digital learning, as part of our overall L&D offering; Build relationships of trust and create communication channels with and between different functions; Work with external training providers and internal SMEs to develop learning and development programmes and modules that support business needs; Deliver programme content/sessions as and when required; Act as an internal consultant to provide best L&D practices and guidance: help to manage stakeholders and employees' expectations on training delivery and needs; Support line managers and employees in the execution of the Performance Management process; Provide inputs about policies, procedures and processes continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Master or Major in Human Resources, Management or Psychology (social sciences); Minimum 3/4 years' experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the industry or FMCG sector; Previous experience in working with LMS (Learning Management Systems), namely Success Factors and/or Crossknowledge; Understanding of the foundations of styles and techniques of learning and the impact on development activities (70-20-10 approach); Self-starter with ability to think outside the box; Collaborative approach,with demonstrated capacity to co-design learning content with others, and to work with others to achieve team success; English B2 and native Portuguese; Knowledge of SAP Success Factors is a plus; Good Level of MS OfficeExcel and PWP.
