L2 Csirt Analyst

Mission
We are looking for a L2 CSIRT analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Porto
Responsibilities

Analyze the effectiveness of existing DLP controls and continuously seek improvement in technical/functional and process.
Develop and enhance data protection policies and rules across the various systems.
Assist in governance by delivering detailed reports and KPIs.
Quickly escalate complex incidents to Level 3 CSIRT Analysts.
Provide analysis and expertise on cyber incidents, including root-cause analysis by identifying preventive measures.

Profile

Cybersecurity knowledge (general knowledge in logs analysis, general knowledge regarding endpoint security).
Scripting language: Python.
Protocol knowledge (HTTP, SMTP).
Experience with SIEM, SOAR, DLP.
Teamwork driven.
Good analytical skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Hybrid work - office in Porto (1/2x per week).
