Job Overview
We are a fast-growing B-Corp company that strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. We are now seeking a dedicated and motivated person to join our team as a part-time Kitting Associate to be a part of the team in our Cabra Figa warehouse. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of our retail products, requiring teamwork, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Main Goals
Ensure our customers get the best product ever, by fulfilling our retail products appropriately and on time.
Responsibilities
Retail Fulfillment
Assemble our compostable boxes so they are ready to accommodate our products.
Perform quality checks on our product.
Fulfill our boxes with our delicious products.
Kit the boxes to be stored at our warehouse.
Monitor and optimize timings for the process.
Other Stuff
Manually count inventory items to verify accuracy on a regular basis.
Perform cleaning duties in order to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
Assist in managing not OK products, identifying and segregating them appropriately, according to HACCP rules.
Comply with all HACCP requirements.
Comply with safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Other tasks and responsibilities upon request.
Experience You Bring
1+ years previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred.
Ability to lift 18 kg boxes on a daily basis.
Comfortable wearing protective equipment (uniform, plastic gloves, hair net, food industry shoes) and removing jewelry while in the workplace, as well as maintaining short nails/no polish and light make-up.
Eager and fast learner.
Ability to laugh at yourself and the small day-to-day things.
Good level of spoken and written English.
Fluent in Portuguese.
Availability to work in our Cabra Figa facilities, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), from 8h to 15h30.
Flexibility to work in shifts (AM - 8h to 15h30; PM - 15h30 to 23h).
