Then Emma is the right place for you.What you'll doYou will be responsible for your own account: at Emma we believe in ownership.You will be in charge of building strong partnerships with European Wholesalers and become an Emma brand ambassador to all our partners.You will be accountable for the business steering: Profit and losses of your portfolio, forecasting with Supply Chain to ensure smoothness of Sales campaigns.You will be in charge of negotiating deals & visibility with your partners.You will be the full owner when implementing product strategy on all B2B platforms: adapting product portfolio, pricing strategy, and creating an annual promotional calendar.You will conduct in-depth analyses of your Accounts & competitors to build and adapt this strategy: definition of KPI's.You will work in an international environment and will need to align your Global strategy with local teams and stakeholders.This is what you'll bring to us:You have experience in Key Account Management.You have a true entrepreneurial mindset, and you are ready to work independently with strong responsibilities.You have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, empathy, and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams.You are pragmatic with a strong analytical mind and have an affinity for numbers.You are fluent in English & German (Min.
