Principal Job Activities and Responsibilities Recruiting role: Jobshops, 1st interviews, reporting Streamlining of Recruitment actions Onboarding role: new employees' welcome session Administrative support in Recruitment processes Internship Application Management Essential Requirements No Experience in similar activities is mandatory, but it will be considered a nice to have. Teamwork and Communication skills. Availability for Hybrid work schedule in Lisbon in full time regime. Hard Skills Degree in HR Management or similar Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese; knowledge in Spanish isvalued 1 year of experience on hiring for IT companies valued Experience in a consulting environment is valued Soft Skills Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set Motivation to achieve individual and team goals Sense of responsibility and autonomy Entrepreneur and proactive Availability to travel (within and outside the country) What do we Offer?
