YOUR ROLE Perform patch management for Windows Server (Virtual & Physical), Linux Server, and ESXI environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess patching requirements, prioritize tasks, and schedule maintenance windows.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to patch management and cybersecurity.
Maintain a strong understanding of security antivirus solutions and implement best practices for protecting systems via patch management skills.
Utilize VMWare administration skills to ensure seamless integration and patching of virtualized environments.
Demonstrate proficiency in ITIL V4 methodologies to streamline patching processes and improve service delivery.
Maintaining security compliance as per the KPIs defined Attending to DMs regularly YOUR PROFILE Experience 1-2 years in IT industry Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2012R2/ 2016/ 2019/ 2022 etc.)
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system Basic knowledge on Patch Management and Antivirus solutions Nice to Have: Hyper-V and Veritas Cluster concepts Snow Software Email Etiquette Security concepts Ability to follow processes that drive improvement and quality Self-starter and proactive attitude Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex information in a well-structured manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid relationships Good level of English WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment.
