That's what sets our products apart; durable, helpful and caring.Your missionThe junior financial analyst is part of Dorel Juvenile Europe's finance team to help implement new global finance projects.Key responsibilities• Assist on the deployment of new finance global projects.• Support the Finance Manager in the identification of potential project risks and suggests new developments.• Manage the dead line of the projects and designated tasks.• Escalates any financial issues to management.• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.Your profile• Degree in Accounting/Management/Finance.• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to efficiently connect with a diverse range of audiences. (mandatory)• Excellent research skills and willingness to grow.• Positive attitude and growth mindset.• Outstanding analytical skills, agile and hands-on, high attention to detail, committed to making an impact.• Asks questions quicker, solves a few small problems independently and looks to the familiar solutions first;• Able to make decisions that quickly lead to the best possible solution within the procedures.
