As a Senior Project Analyst for Digital Procurement, you will support the rollout of global, cross-functional projects to standardize procurement processes and enable digitalization.

In your new role you will:

Support Global Projects as a Project Team Member in order to streamline and standardize procurement processes, enable digitalization, and ensure scalability for the future growth of InfineonDrive the collection of business requirements and actively work on the design documentationSupport technical teams during the build and implementation phasesPerform testing and hypercare activities to achieve successful handover to operational teamsIdentify training requirements, including training documentation creation, update, and delivery of training sessions to end usersDrive Master Data migration activities within roll-outs (Data cleansing, Data selection, Data preparation, Data validation, etc…)Identify and implement best practice solutions to drive the digitalization of procurement mainly in the area of SAP S4/HANA and SAP Ariba You demonstrate strong communication skills and analytical thinking. You know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. You have a proactive, supportive mindset and are able to adapt very well to different situations and all counterparts.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A University degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a similar field of studiesAt least 3 years of professional experience in the fields of Procurement, Process Improvement, or IT in a Shared Service Center and/or SAP BackgroundExperience in SAP S4/HANA (MM module), and SAP Ariba or Procurement systemExperience with supplier management and e-procurement/sourcing tools is a plusExperience working in project teams and international environmentsFluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English.
