In Portugal, through Arrow Global Portugal, in addition to the direct investments in Real Estate and Credit that it has made since 2013, it has direct or indirect shares, 100% in Norfin SGOIC and Norfin Serviços (Real Estate), in Whitestar (NPLs ), at Restart Capital (Company Restructuring), at Details Hotels & Resorts (Hotel Operations), and at Hefesto (Credit Securitization).With the aim of bolstering the team, we aim to select: Junior Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team.Main Responsibilities:• Ensure that all acquisitions are made in accordance with current policies, principles, and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the entire process;• Conduct Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Bid Specifications;• Implement process improvements that promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process;• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that contracts, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders are handled efficiently and effectively;• Prepare, review, and evaluate purchase requisitions and purchase orders within an e-Procurement system;• Review purchasing standards, identify process improvement opportunities in the procurement process, and recommend sourcing initiatives based on these standards (KPI analyses and reports);• Assist and advise all internal departments in the procurement process, including Know Your Supplier (KYS);• Continually seek ways to achieve better outcomes, contributing to ensuring that key performance and Financial Benefits Goals are achieved;• Ensure the delivery of procurement KPIs, including monthly and quarterly purchasing efficiency and benefit metrics, and provide feedback;• Vendor assessment and selection;• Determination and management of contracts (negotiation and optimisation).Profile Requirements:• University degree in Logistics Management, Purchasing, or Management;• One year of professional experience;• Strong communication and negotiation skills;• High sense of responsibility and autonomy;• Proficiency in Office tools (especially Microsoft Excel);• Fluency in English (both oral and written);• Versatile, resilient, and proactive;• Interpersonal relationship skills;• Good analytical, planning, and organisational skills;• Ability to work under pressure;Working Hours and Location.Nível de experiência AssistenteFunção ComprasSenior Procurement Specialist - Central Northern Europe Senior Specialist, Corporate Services Procurement Procurement Specialist - Commercial Operations Senior Procurement Specialist - Central Northern Europe Indirect Purchase Administrative - Lisboa Procurement Internal Control Assessment Specialist Internal Firm Services Finance | Procurement Specialist – Lisboa#J-18808-Ljbffr
