Sobre o nosso clienteOur client is a multinational company, in home furnishings industry & RetailDescriçãoDevelop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to secure the best suppliers, products and prices in Europe.Ensure the availability of products and goods necessary for the successful operation of the business.Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of sourcing and procurement to meet the strategic goals, maintain cost-efficiency, and ensure the highest quality of products and supplies.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with key partners.Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with suppliers, identifying opportunities for partnership and collaboration, and ensuring that main objectives are align with overall business goals.Perfil idealBachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field in Home Furnishings industry, MBA or relevant certification is a plus.At least 10 years of proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably within the furniture retail industry.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with procurement software and tools.Leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of the Retail Home Furnishings industry in different marketsAbility to develop and execute initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.VantagensGood oppotunity for your professional growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
