Junior Italian Customer Support Advisor

Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Support customers with product details, order-related questions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction through personalized assistance.
Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Requirements Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level).
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
No previous experience required – perfect for entry-level candidates!
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
