Junior Italian Customer Support Advisor

Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.Support customers with product details, order-related questions, and troubleshooting technical issues.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Maintain customer satisfaction through personalized assistance.Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
