Your new companyOur client is a shared service center.Your new responsibilityReporting to the international HR, you will be responsible for:Reporting, Dashboard and other activities linked to Training performance monitoring;Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to training;Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform;Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction;Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department;Working closely with the HR team:Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production and contribute to process simplification.What do you need to be successfulDegree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialization or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related areas being a plus;Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal);3 years of experience;Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement;Strong analytical skills;Advanced Excel;Strong interpersonal and communication skills;Ability to communicate to management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency.What the company can offer youTemporary contract with Hays, with the possibility to integrate the headcount of our client - SSC.
