Junior German Customer Support

Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries related to products and services in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database accordingly.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements: Native proficiency in German .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with customer management software and digital communication tools.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day) Days Off: Fixed Sunday + 1 rotational day off during the week.
