Job Title: Junior FP&A Controller
Job Description: Support regular business analysis and allow deeper monitoring of the operational and financial activity of Webhelp operations in Portugal.
Coordinate bi-monthly business reviews for Key Accounts to promote better and deeper knowledge of those accounts.
Support the controlling tasks of the housing rent costs (rooms' rents for agents) in coordination with third parties and prepare monthly reports for the Senior Management Controller and CFO.
Regular monitoring of recruitment costs to ensure deeper cost analysis while linking the evolution of investment with attrition, absenteeism, and market conditions. Elaborate reports to provide visibility on the monthly return on the investment made.
Support the costing and pricing tool updates to guarantee higher accuracy.
Assist the Senior Management Controller in the business/financial estimation processes (Budget, forecast, rolling forecast, outturn).
Conduct internal audits of the most relevant processes/departments to control financial risk.
Review operational reports of main accounts to ease understanding and measure the impact of operational events on the results of each project.
Monitor the evolution of indirect wage costs through a monthly report, presenting ins and outs, weight of wages over each cost center, budget trackability, and others.
Provide backup to the Senior Management Controller.
Support the accounting team in the month-end closing process when needed.
