Jointly with the HR experts, you will identify use cases where Predictive/Correlation Analysis, Simulations, or Classification approaches will bring benefits to the function. As a data scientist, you are responsible for building end-to-end AI models and to share them in a comprehensive manner to our business counterparts. Requirements - our ideal candidate will have Technical skills: Essential: Advanced experience in Python Classes/Objects with knowledge on GPU-based parallel and GPU-accelerated computing. Mastering Machine/Deep Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs). DevOps tools including Github and PyTest. Visualization tools including Spotfire and QlikSense. Desirable: Experience with HR Reporting Systems (Workday, PRISM, SAP BI) Soft skills: Essential: Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Structured, self-organized and collaborative way of working. Strong communication towards diverse audiences (incl. senior management) and strong networking skills. Hands-on, pragmatic approach to building digital products (hacker / entrepreneurial mindset). Creativity and aptitude for problem solving. Innovation leadership: deploy appropriate innovation methods, techniques and tools to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase.
