Position Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in German to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide excellent customer support by assisting clients with their inquiries and resolving any issues. The position is on-site, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM. We welcome candidates with or without experience in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and efficient problem resolution.Assist customers with questions related to products and services.Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.Identify and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications Fluency in German with strong communication skills.Proficiency in English is an advantage.Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is a plus but not required.Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping customers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
