Junior Capabilities & Insights Analyst – Source For Growth

Who You'll Work With You will be based in our office in Lisbon (Portugal) and be part of our global team of sourcing experts.
You are expected to have continuous collaboration with team members inAsia, Europe, Middle East, and The Americas.
Your impact within our firm You will work with our team of global sourcing experts and help McKinsey teams and clients on a wide variety of sourcing and procurement topics related to product development, supply chain, and global sourcing.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating market and supplier insights. You will provide assistance in client sourcing diagnostics programs and will contribute to knowledge development efforts, i.e. synthetizing and preparing written and visual materials.
You will work and coordinate with our entire global team of sourcing experts to ensure high quality deliverables and maximum impact for our clients. You will also build relationships with relevant industry associations and entities to enhance knowledge.

Your qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably), or a related field1+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, or procurement, or engineering, or similar segmentsHigh-level of ownership, proactive mentality to develop innovative solutions, and teamwork mindsetStrong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong coding skills highly desirableFluent in English; additional languages like Spanish or other European or Asian languages are a plus
