Job Description About this Job This position executes the Data acquisition processes and sample maintenance of Consumer Panel households (20000) in Germany. This includes understanding and representing the local market conditions in the operations processes. This entails engaging local partners like Statistical Operations and Input validation teams to ensure smooth hand-offs in operations.??
Responsibilities: Executes the reception processes and associated project work for Germany. Onshore project work will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.?Sample maintenance (recruitment requirements)? Panel members motivation (rewards points, gift catalogue, newsletters, Website, conquest, surveys, communications...)? Scanner and mobile application software maintenance? Call center panel supervision and support Teleperformance (Lisbon) & OLR (USA)? Direct attention to global external providers: OLR(USA) Logistic team (Italy) Teleperformance (Lisbon), Telsolutions (USA) and local ones: communication & printing providers, etc...? Works in partnership with the country's Input validation and Statistical Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work.??Work with Recruitment in-house team. Qualifications: Essential: B.S. or B.A., preferably in marketing? Ability to speak fluent English??and GermanExperience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint?Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams?? Experience handling, manipulating dataAbility to document work and effectively prioritize documentation??Able to Work in an individual and/or team setting Preferred: Experience with R?? Experience with Python?? Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities?
