Junior Accounts Payable Accountant [139-002971-1] Lisboa Hi there! Adecco Human Resources is currently hiring an Accounts Payable Junior - English speaker, for a prestigious company in the aviation sector.

Location: Lisbon

Responsibilities:

Prepare Weekly/Daily payment reports (Cash Planner, Outflows Validation, Actuals, Forecasts, Cash positions, etc.);
Actively participate in month end/Quarter end closing activities;
Prepare Checks, electronic funds transfer (ACH), Wire proposals and execute them as per approval process in ERP (SAP);
Manage payment exceptions through different banks platforms;
Manage the Issue Resolution process related to Payments in the ERP (SAP);
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy;
Comply permanently with internal controls standards and interface with internal audit teams;
Provide customer service to the internal client.

Requirements:
Senior payment analyst with demonstrated experience in Treasury activities;
University degree in Finance / Banking Accounting;
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
Demonstrated experience in ERP systems (SAP);
Diligent and strong work ethic;
Well organized and able to perform under pressure for any urgent payment;
Dynamic, autonomous, and very responsible;
Customer service oriented;
Strong problem-solving, research, and resolution skills;
Advanced English written and oral skills.
