Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionateJuniorAccountantto join ourShared Services Centre Team, with colleagues in Sweden, Ireland, France, Lisbon and more. The role will report to the Shared Services Center Manager and will bebased in Lisbon.

On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years,we aim to strengthen our Shared Services Center team and further develop the Accounting function. TheJunior Accountantwill be a key member of the team and play a critical role to achieve this objective.
Responsibilities will include, among others:
Support Procure to Pay process: receiving and processing invoices, assure communication to and from all
Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support reviewing and assuring proper classification of cost center and accounts on POs
Assist manager and peers on the daily activity
Performing ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement duties as required
Collaboration with local finance specialists on accounting, tax, annual reports etc. to ensure adherence to local legislation
Requirements:
High school diploma or degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business
Strong interest for Accounting
Experienced professional with circa 2yrs track-record within Accounting in an international environment
Fluent in written and spoken English (min. C1 – mandatory requirement). Knowledge of French, Swedish, or Portuguese is a plus
Advanced Ms Excel user
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
Highly motivated and skillful at prioritizing requests
Methodical and detail-oriented
Enjoys working with a variety of IT systems (prior experience w/Oracle ERP is valued)
Organized and with an appetite for improving existing processes
An enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
Humble and team-player
