As a potential partner, your team will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and high-quality experience to valued cruise passengers worldwide.
Position Overview: German-Speaking Customer Service Agent Start Dates: 18 Nov 2024 & 9 Dec 2024 Location: Remote work based out of Porto, Portugal Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 Occasional extended shifts until 19:00 may be required Days Off: 2 days on a rotational basis each week Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: 1,100 EUR (paid across 14 months per year) Sales Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR monthly for eligible agents Work Arrangement: Fully Remote within Portugal Required Documentation for Candidates EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Visas (under consultation) Candidate Profile: Key Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in Contact Centers or Customer Service settings is advantageous.
Additional experience in Sales, Tourism, or Travel services is preferred.
Core Skills: Proficient in digital tools with a meticulous approach to task management.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with effective communication skills (both written and spoken).
Demonstrates high adaptability and multi-tasking abilities suited for fast-paced, customer-centric roles.
