Position Overview : We are looking for a Content Moderator fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2) to join our dynamic team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with our guidelines and maintaining a safe online community.
Key Responsibilities : Content Review : Monitor, assess, and moderate user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
Decision Making : Make informed decisions regarding content approval, removal, or escalation based on established guidelines.
Reporting : Document and report on trends, issues, and content moderation metrics to enhance operational effectiveness.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members and management to improve moderation processes and address emerging challenges.
User Engagement : Provide feedback and insights that help shape community guidelines and improve user experiences.
Qualifications : Language Proficiency : Native-level fluency in German (C2) and a strong command of English (B2).
Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess content effectively.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate decisions and provide feedback.
Problem Solving : Ability to think critically and make sound judgments under pressure.
Adaptability : A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing guidelines and environments.
Compensation and Benefits : Base Salary : 1,300 EUR per month (paid over 14 months).
Language Bonus : Additional 250 EUR language bonus, paid over 12 months.
Performance Bonus : Potential for a performance bonus of up to 380 EUR per month.
Meal Allowance : Meal voucher card valued at 7.63 EUR for each working day.
