What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Manage incoming phone callsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right toolsFollow clients' communication procedures and guidelinesTake the extra mile to engage customersEnsure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfactionYour qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
