Tasks As a provider and service manager, you will develop the necessary services and contractual agreements with internal IT customers and external providers. You are responsible for organizing and monitoring the transition phase. You implement and optimize the internal IT processes for the efficient integration of providers Another key part of your role is managing, monitoring and coordinating the IT services procured from external providers. You will ensure compliance with the agreed quality standards, SLAs and budgets. As the central point of contact, you organize regular service review meetings with providers and internal IT customers. You ensure appropriate risk and compliance management with regard to externally procured services. You will also provide support in coordinating and requesting necessary service changes as well as the subsequent implementation and commissioning. Requirements You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Business Informatics or have a comparable qualification. You have a sound knowledge of ITIL, ideally with a corresponding certification. You have already gained initial professional experience in managing service providers You are highly committed to leading discussions as well as quality and process management and show that you stand up for your goals. You are also convincing in conflict situations. You can integrate well into different teams in order to be successful together. You consider yourself to have a high level of customer orientation, as well as a quick grasp and a keen eye for detail.
