YOUR TASKS Administration of our Microsoft-based IT infrastructure Administration and optimization of the MS Teams environment including telephony integration in hybrid and virtual environments Administration of the MS Office 365, MS Exchange 365 and MS Azure Active Directory services Administration of an extensive System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure (SCCM, clients, servers) Support for Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) in Microsoft Teams (virtualized environment, SBC) Management of mobile devices via MDM solution YOUR PROFILE Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration or comparable qualification (e.g. degree in IT) At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position after completing training Sound knowledge of the Microsoft services and technologies mentioned above Ideally certifications, such as Microsoft MCSA Security-conscious mindset with a strong interest in IT security topics High degree of diligence, initiative, learning ability, reliability and timely completion Service-oriented attitude and friendly charisma Our offer Responsible, varied tasks Modern team culture and regular team events Opportunities for further training and certification, particularly in Microsoft and IT security Active involvement in the design of IT processes Above-tariff pay and attractive social and additional benefits INTERESTED?
