The company has created over 65 cutting-edge products spanning 20 different markets.Our team of around 700+ tech-savvy professionals successfully deliver scalable projects that are custom-made to the customers' needs.We also strive to create a culture centered around personal and professional growth for employees, in a positive and welcoming environment.Currently, we're looking for a Jira Administrator who will be responsible for our huge R&D department's Jira configuration and automation.Responsibilities:Interacting with internal clients to identify their needs; Preparing detailed requirement specifications; Analyzing current business processes and suggesting optimizations using JIRA; Setting up projects, boards, workflows, and other JIRA functionalities; Configuring user permissions and access levels; Integrating JIRA with other tools and systems; Creating and maintaining documentation on JIRA configuration and usage; Training users and providing technical support; Conducting regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.Requirements:At least 2 years of experience working with JIRA; Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements; Understanding of JIRA functionality and configuration; Experience in integrating JIRA with other tools is an advantage; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team; Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.Could be a plus:Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; Atlassian certification; Experience with other project management tools; Python programming skills.We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:Learning and development opportunities and interesting challenging tasks; Official employmentin accordance with the laws of Portugal and the EU, registration of family members; Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for 2 weeks); Company fitness corner in the office for employees; Opportunity to develop language skills and partial compensation for the cost of language classes; Birthday celebration present; Time for proper rest and 24 working days of Annual Vacation.Join BrainRocket and rock with us!#J-18808-Ljbffr
