Itam Delivery Lead

ITAM Delivery Leads have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of ITAM projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the delivery of ITAM services to the client.Point of Contact for service-related escalations and issues.Act as an interface between client and Delivery Team.Understand data requirements from the team and coordinate sourcing of this data from the client.Follow-up with client on any pending requests for data.Where required, liaise with different teams to gather/provide data.Share reports (compliance, reconciliation, spend analysis, optimization, etc.) with client stakeholders.Advise client on remediation, cost optimization, and CMDB update actions.Follow-up on advice.Monitor and track data and tooling issues, manage escalations to vendors.
