Italian-speaking Financial Manager in Lisbon, PortugalYour Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Financial Manager is the de facto expert for the Billing Operations and provides the financial consulting and financial services liaison between the Customer and other client organizations to govern the overall financial relationship related communications for their customers for all non-technical enquiries raised with Client.The FM is the de facto expert for the Billing Operations and related communications for global integrated deals characterized by high revenue (~$15m per annum or more) and complex delivery. The role provides broader Financial Management governance for larger scale accounts to include direct interaction with higher level client personnel. The role requires continuous engagement with a larger number of internal stakeholders across multiple functions and regions with increased exposure to the Executive level.ResponsibilitiesProvision of budget forecasting plans to Customers by including forecast vs. actuals trends and tracking against planContribution to Revenue Analysis activities especially in terms of revenue actuals and pipeline for account P&L review purposes (Internal exercise normally required on large accounts)Set-up, maintenance and optimization of often complex billing hierarchy for Customers which implies thorough understanding of Customers' IT procurement / Accounts Payable policiesActive participation in regular Customer facing meetings, typically Commercial Governance ReviewsOrganization and active facilitation of billing workshops including account set-up meetingsActive engagement in the external Customer discussion on supportable financial reporting and associated formatsManagement and tracking of Customer's purchase orders by including in some cases the provision of input into the Customer's requisition and purchase order process for procuring services from the Supply Chain MembersParticipate in annual account review with Customers whereby current prices are discussed and any price changes due to efficiencies experienced are proposed and agreedReview of Financial Management Processes with Customers by including the documentation of the billing protocol procedure with version controlSupport of complex invoice formatting requiring detailed knowledge of delivered services and products, inventory and Customer procurement policy and subject to changes over the timeOperational supervision of auxiliary FMs assigned to the account as part of the global financial management support modelProvide accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management for historical analysis, account status, and forecasting purposesProvide best effort and cooperative spirit on special projects outside regular account responsibilities when/if requestedParticipate in business meetings and general inputs in day-to-day improvementsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum RequirementsBachelor's / Masters degree or equivalent in related fieldPower Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft TeamsSkills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesCustomer facing experienceMicrosoft Office, Ticketing systems, billing systemsExcellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret Customers' problems, putting together action plan and drive/implement solutionsTeam Working SkillsPrevious experience (4 - 6 years) within a Sales/Customer Service/Relationship ManagementKnowledge of network OPSExperience in Relationship ManagementAt least 4 years relevant experience in a similar roleTelecommunications knowledge/experienceExperience of working finance & operations.Billing, disputes, Contract review/ Aged debt management.Cadence Management, experience in conducting MBR/QBR/WBR.Stakeholder ManagementSound Excel & PPT SkillsStrong Analytical SkillsWorking Knowledge of AR conceptCompetencies/SkillsCommunication SkillsCreativity and innovationBusiness Planning and Resource ManagementFinancial & Budgeting ManagementWhy UsPermanent contractCompetitive salaryPrivate health and life insurance from day one in the companyWorking hours: Monday to FridayOnsite Work ModuleWe are a leading multilingual recruitment specialist agency, with businesses from all over the world, connecting talent from Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and more.Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is a leading language recruitment agency in Europe, matching the most exciting jobs with multilingual talent.
