Join a project: leading Fraud Prevention company in Lisbon, dedicated to enhancing data reliability in financial processes using advanced Artificial Intelligence. Our client ensures security and efficiency in the Procure-to-Pay cycle by automating third-party controls.
Position: Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Oriente, Lisbon
Deadline for Application: 28th August 2024
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, including bank holidays, rotational shifts between 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Days Off: Weekends
Salary: Base salary of 1000 EUR per 14 months (14,000 EUR per annum)
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (1908.72 EUR per annum)
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month (240 EUR per annum)
Performance Bonus: 150 EUR per 12 months
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to third parties to verify bank details securely.Provide support to users via email and phone interactions.Maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.Verify IBAN ownership through client contact and confirmations.
Requirements:
Experience in customer support roles is preferable.Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (B2 level).Strong communication skills for both phone and email interactions.Detail-oriented approach to accurately verify and confirm bank details.Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Information:
Candidates must sign a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD).Work from home position based in Lisbon; candidates from Coimbra to Algarve are welcome.Confidentiality is crucial; the client's name cannot be disclosed due to security protocols.
