No experience yet? No worries! Before you start, you'll receive comprehensive coaching and training, ensuring you can effectively address customer queries.While you'll primarily communicate with customers in Italian, you'll mainly interact with your international colleagues in English. Therefore, it's important that you also speak English proficiently.Training and work scheduleFrom your first day, you'll participate in an intensive, fully paid training to ensure you know exactly how to assist customers. This training typically occurs during working hours. Following the training, you will work in shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00) for a total of 40 hours per week. You will receive your work schedule a few weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your free time and fully enjoy your time in Portugal!What do you get?A salary of €1,458 per month gross.In addition, you have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus of up to €120 per month.If you are moving from outside of Portugal, your flight ticket will be reimbursed up to €700 in economy class.Upon your arrival in Porto, you will receive a paid stay in a hotel for 28 days if you are moving from outside of Portugal. If you are moving from within Portugal, you will receive a stay of 15 days.After completing your training, you'll receive a meal allowance of €6 for each working day.You will be provided with health insurance.A fully paid training.22 vacation days per year, plus 14 national holidays.
