About the job
As a customer service representative, you'll assist customers via email, social media, and phone, providing friendly assistance, solving problems, and answering inquiries. No experience yet? No worries! Before you start, you'll receive comprehensive coaching and training, ensuring you can effectively address customer queries.
While you'll primarily communicate with customers in Italian, you'll mainly interact with your international colleagues in English. Therefore, it's important that you also speak English proficiently.
Training and work schedule
From your first day, you'll participate in an intensive, fully paid training to ensure you know exactly how to assist customers. This training typically occurs during working hours. Following the training, you will work in shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00) for a total of 40 hours per week. You will receive your work schedule a few weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your free time and fully enjoy your time in Portugal!
What do you get?
Gross monthly income of €1,583.33 including base salary and bonuses.
Reimbursement of flight ticket up to €700 for relocation.
Paid accommodation for 28 days for those moving from outside Portugal.
Meal allowance of €6 for each working day after training.
Health insurance provided from day 1.
22 vacation days per year, plus 14 national holidays.
What is required?
Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Good level of spoken and written English.
Availability to work in Porto for 6 months (or longer).
Minimum of a high school diploma.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid European passport or European identity card.
Ability to start in June or by the beginning of July at the latest.
