Requirements Your QualificationsOur client is a great fit if you:Have a strong command of Italian (both written and spoken) and are fluent in English (B2 level).Possess excellent writing and communication skills, combined with empathy and a team-oriented mindset.Enjoy identifying customer needs and providing quick solutions.Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and an excellent team player.Previous customer service experience is a plus.
