We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Italian-speaking customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our services. You will act as a brand ambassador, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
Engage with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and assistance.Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations and deliver delightful experiences.

Requirements:
Native or near-native fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.EU ID or Portuguese Residence card.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
