This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. As a Customer Airline Advisor, you will represent one of Spain's well-known airline companies. You will receive incoming queries from users via phone and email where you will answer their queries regarding pre- and post-bookings. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Italian and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleExperience in the hospitality/travel industry desiredAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and developThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
