We are seeking a motivated Italian-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon .
As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support for web services, assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, and helping them navigate our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting with web-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
Offer clear, professional, and friendly support via phone, email, or chat.
Guide customers through our web services, ensuring they have a positive user experience.
Document customer interactions and provide feedback on recurring issues to improve service quality.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements: Fluency in Italian (mandatory).
B2 level of English (mandatory).
Prior experience in customer service or web services is a plus, but not a requirement.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts .
Shift Details: Working hours : Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts).
Days Off : Sunday + 1 rotational day.
Additional Benefits: Relocation support (for candidates moving from outside Portugal): Airfare reimbursement up to €400 (economy class) after 6 months of the contract.
Accommodation : Shared apartment provided for up to 12 months , with rent of €280 per month, including all utility bills.
Rent is deducted directly from the payslip.
