As our operations expand, we are seeking dedicated individuals fluent in French to join us and contribute to our mission of excellence.Position Overview:As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their technology-related inquiries, provide comprehensive information about our products and services, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your attention to detail and language skills will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.Responsibilities:Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.Product Assistance: Guide customers in understanding and using our technology products and services. Provide precise information about product features, updates, and technical specifications.Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to technology products, including software and hardware. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Collect and document customer feedback to help enhance our products and services.Administrative Tasks: Accurately record and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Prepare and present regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and share best practices for enhancing customer support.Stay Informed: Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.Requirements:Language Skills: Fluent in French (both written and spoken). Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use customer support tools and software.Team Player: Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
