Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in Italian? We are seeking a motivated Italian-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support for web services, assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, and helping them navigate our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting with web-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.Offer clear, professional, and friendly support via phone, email, or chat.Guide customers through our web services, ensuring they have a positive user experience.Document customer interactions and provide feedback on recurring issues to improve service quality.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Fluency in Italian (mandatory).B2 level of English (mandatory).Prior experience in customer service or web services is a plus, but not a requirement.Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Shift Details: Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 19:00 (Rotational shifts).Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day. Additional Benefits: Relocation support (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):Airfare reimbursement up to €400 (economy class) after 6 months of the contract.Accommodation: Shared apartment provided for up to 12 months, with rent of €280 per month, including all utility bills.
