Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, technical issues, and general platform support.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
4. Provide proactive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of streaming platforms and digital technology.
6. Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
