What Youll Do: Enable the creation of more innovative products for food preparation, preservation and cleaning.
Giving customer a friendly reception according to quality guidelines.
Providing consumer with most appropriate information and correct solution Adding sales whenever possible, suiting the customer needs.
What Were Looking For: Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
