You will be responsible for the contact with users who request a specific service (after 48 hours) or resume contact with previous users.
You need to understand the real needs of users, confirm company data and pass user contacts to suppliers. ?? Who we're looking for: Native or Fluent Italian + Fluent in English (mandatory)
Previous experience in contact center (preferable) ?? What we offer: Direct contract with the client Base salary: 950€ (per month)
Bonus: 100€ (100% objetives)
Meal Allowance: 7,80€ (meal card- tax free!)
Transport Allowance: 20€ (per month in a card - tax free!)
